About the role
The Private Client Administrator will manage a portfolio of offshore trust and company clients, acting as the main liaison between clients, advisors and third parties. The role requires accurate record‑keeping, proactive task resolution and adherence to compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day trust and company administration, including preparation of trustee and board minutes.
- Maintain electronic and hard‑copy client filing, entity database records and statutory registers.
- Arrange and record trust distributions, loan payments, asset acquisitions and disposals.
- Perform bookkeeping, bank and asset reconciliations and review entity investment performance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual client entity accounts and ad‑hoc reporting.
- Review quarterly billing, collect fees and ensure compliance with client due‑diligence requirements.
- Meet chargeability targets and adhere to office and CFC procedures.
- Provide cover for the team and handle other ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the offshore trust industry.
- Team player with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Preferably studying STEP or ICSA Diploma and willing to pursue further training.
