Senior Associate - Power Platform Developer

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to design, develop and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform. You will work within the Advisory practice, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and improve internal controls through technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Power Platform.
• Design, build, test and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate flows and related components.
• Support regulatory risk and compliance projects by delivering data‑driven insights and automation.
• Engage with clients across the Channel Islands, building strong relationships and demonstrating value on their investment.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, project planning and the overall growth of the advisory practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with complex data sets and database technologies, particularly SQL.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis tools such as R, Python or Alteryx is advantageous.
• Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
• Senior‑level experience (typically 5+ years) in technology consulting or development.
