Food & Beverage Supervisor – Hotel & Golf Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards across our dining areas, bars, and service spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure dining areas, bars and service stations are presented and operated to the highest standards.
• Oversee smooth delivery of food and drink service, including table setting and stock replenishment.
• Support floor staff during service, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
• Maintain consistency of premium food and beverage offerings.
• Work a flexible rota of 5 days out of 7, including weekends, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
