About the role
PwC is looking for a Workplace Operations Administrator to join its Operations Pillar in Guernsey. You will support the on‑site teams in delivering a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a courteous welcome and directing them to meeting rooms.
- Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and basic IT support such as Wi‑Fi access.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for facilities services, ensuring contracts are adhered to and issues are resolved promptly.
- Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks for internal stakeholders, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide out‑of‑hours assistance when required to maintain continuous workplace operations.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Proactive and flexible attitude, capable of handling occasional after‑hours duties.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
