Audiologist – Full‑time Permanent Role

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, registered Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Guernsey, delivering comprehensive audiology services to both paediatric and adult patients across the Bailiwick.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex audiology assessments and interventions for adult and paediatric patients.
• Collaborate with the Lead Full‑Time Audiologist and Audiology Assistant to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to service development, including peer review and shared learning with off‑island colleagues.
• Maintain CPD and support flexible working arrangements, including job‑share options.

Required profile

• Registration with the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) and the Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS).
• Experience working with both adult and paediatric patients, ideally managing part of a paediatric audiology service.
• Qualification to MSc Audiology level (desirable) and/or registration as a Clinical Scientist, Audiological Scientist, or Certificate of Audiological Competence (CAC).

Required skills

• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to develop expertise in tinnitus management (training provided).
