Client Relationship Director, Funds

About the role

The Client Relationship Director will lead strategic client relationships for fund services, driving business growth, profitability and high‑quality service delivery while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and retain key client and partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute client development plans, pursue new business opportunities and manage revenue and upsell targets.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, meet deadlines and continuously improve operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and people management, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies and regulations, managing risk and promoting transparency.

Required profile

• Extensive offshore financial services experience with strong knowledge of industry products, services and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional memberships and commitment to continuous development.
• Proven leadership, management and influencing skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, risk management and regulator engagement.
