About the role
Join a leading fiduciary services team delivering client administration for trust and corporate structures. The role supports the Trust & Corporate team, liaising with clients and intermediaries to ensure high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities, handling communications, transactions, payments and documentation.
- Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and prepare meeting notes.
- Assist directors and senior management with onboarding new business and terminating outgoing business.
- Manage fee invoicing and collection, and provide C‑level signatory support when experienced.
- Maintain client profiles, risk assessments and due‑diligence compliance.
- Complete periodic reviews, timesheets and meet utilisation targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role within fiduciary services.
- Open to pursuing a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA.
- At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics at grade C or above.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
